Welcome to the Joy Knox State Farm Insurance Agency. My experience at my office has taught me how to provide the right protection for our customers, ranging from auto insurance, homeowner’s insurance, renter’s insurance, life insurance, boat insurance, business insurance and financial services. Before opening Joy Knox State Farm Insurance Agency, I was an Elementary and Junior High School Teacher in addition to Teaching College Classes at the University of Houston. I was born in Victoria and raised in Laredo, Texas. I attended college at Southwest Texas State University and received a bachelor’s in science and education. Please stop in if you’re relocating to Houston, Katy, Brookshire, Fulshear, and Harris, Ft. Bend and Waller Counties for any Out of State Transfers.

I enjoy the outdoors when the weather is cooler, especially walking my rescue dog, Jemma, around the beautiful lakes in the area.. I love living in Houston and getting involved in our local community, I am a member of the West Houston Chamber of Commerce in the Energy Corridor. We love volunteering with the Habitat for Humanity, Houston Food Bank, Edna L. Kingsley Foundation & contributing to local charities & churches.

My State Farm Insurance office is in Houston, TX. We opened our doors in June of 1984. I feel blessed to be in Houston, which is such a welcoming community. I really enjoy Harris County and plan to take advantage of everything it has to offer. I am excited for the opportunity to help customers with insurance and financial services to help prepare them for life’s unexpected.
