"We have been trying to get an appointment with Elijah to look at my moms roof since 1/27. He has not answered a single call from me or called me back. I’ve called the SF office and they can’t even get in touch with him. These were finally able to get an appointment 2/12, but he canceled due to weather. Instead of rescheduling the next day or even the day after when it’s not raining (according to weather reports) he has rescheduled it for Saturday when it’s suppose to rain again. It’s clear he has no intention of coming out to evaluate my moms roof when she has paid her premiums and been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Shame on State Farm and shame on Elijah for treating us so badly. I’ve heard that SF was terrible to deal with but didn’t think they would lie and cheat us this way."
